Project Manager (m/w/d) - Software
To strengthen our Project Management team in Lingen, we are looking for aProject Manager (all genders welcome) - Software
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work in close cooperation with the Sales Manager to validate commercial, technical and contractual specifications (terms & conditions) for the proposed scope of work.
- Establish of detailed project execution plan including time lines, resource requirements, and client expectations.
- Conduct client kick-off meeting and discuss specific analysis, reporting, and data specifications.
- Coordinate the workload between locally and globally available resources.
- Work closely with the customer and the worldwide regions to gather any relevant data required for the service.
- Advise the Sales Manager of any changes requested by the client throughout the service and assess the impact on originally estimated efforts.
- Ensure that services are completed with accuracy and within the client’s requested time frame.
- Gather feedback from the customer and feed it back to management.

- Experience in handling project management methods and 2-5 years of work experience in a similar position.
- Project Management experience related to Software environment.
- Ability to build business relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Good leadership and communication skills as well as interpersonal negotiating skills in an international environment.
- Independent, self-confident and customer-oriented way of thinking.
- Ability to effectively control processes and activities under deadline pressure in a results-oriented manner.
- Excellent written and spoken English and German.
- Willingness to travel.
