DO WHAT YOU LOVE:
- You develop a deep understanding of market conditions within one out of three international Franchise regions and strategically support our Franchisees in gaining market share
- You analyze balance sheets, develop business plans, and negotiate potential Franchise partners to fill the remaining blank spots within our Franchise world.
- You renegotiate existing Franchise agreements in order to enable mutual long-term growth.
- You proactively identify untapped business potentials within your region and coordinate projects to realize these opportunities in cooperation with our Franchisees and other relevant departments
- You support the further improvement of standard processes within the franchise system, both internally as well as on the Franchisee side
COME AS YOU ARE:
- You have gathered first professional experience, e.g. in Management Consulting, Strategic Project Management or Business Development, ideally in an international context
- Your exceptional organizational and analytical abilities allow you to easily navigate complex scenarios with a structured approach
- You are self-confident and trust yourself to negotiate with business partners from different hierarchical levels and cultures
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point, and are strong in visualizing complex issues during management meetings and external presentations
- You are business fluent in English and German
